The Story of LA PÂTISSERIE des IDÉES
"Idees" means "ideas". We are a patisserie full of passion and ideas. We aim to bring you to best quality of French pastry to satisfy your sense of visual, smell and taste.
Our Chef graduated from Le Cordon Bleu and Ferrandi, gained his experience from France and Japan, and now returns to Hong Kong to share the high standard pastry to you. With his multi-national experiences, he would like to combine the characteristic of different cultures into his ideas for creating different products.
No artificial flavouring, no preservatives, freshly made every day, we hope to be a part of you and your families and friends' happy memories!
